Good opportunities that have taught me to mingle with senior management

A good place to work at that keeps you busy from 07h00 to end of day. My team drives my day as I monitor hourly progress from start to finish. I am target driven and a very competitive person therefore achievement of my daily KPI is my biggest focus day in and day out.

Appropriate for talents

Dear Sir / Madam, I wish to return to the commercial sector. Not long ago I managed all the imports for two of the largest mines in the DRC. I was promoted to Supervisor to eventually oversee all the expeditors regardless of origin. I was also involved in ensuring cargo was ready for export, correct customs clearing, the Super User for the operating system. Eventually I had to oversee the warehouse staff as well. Before that I was at FH Bertling were I was involved in every form of import and export (air, sea, road). This included abnormal and my forte, dangerous cargo. I was selected to be trained in Germany with two others. A few months after our return I was promoted to Head Super User. This involved assistance and back up to staff, training of staff from all over Africa and business analysis. An example being helping to design a warehouse management system appropriate to the South African environment. WMS's being handled very differently in Europe.

A typical work day would be 8 till 5. No flexibiluty. I enjoyed working at Worldnet but the culture changed since Rhenus took over. My employeea are friendly. Learnt alot about email etiket. Also how to build relationship with clients and expand business..

Pros: Stable company
Cons: No flexibility or possibility of changing work hours.
