Cons: Long working hours, over time is full day and we also work on weekends

Great oppotunity
I am a IT technician who speaks English and Afrikaans and love to converse with people. I am confident and outspoken. I welcome new challenges in a working environment, as I love to learn and help others. I am a neat, hard and dedicated worker. I am friendly with a good sense of humor and can adapt myself to any situation. I feel that I am, and can be a huge asset to the IT industry if an opportunity comes my way.

Great learning opportunities
Verification of documentation. Working off 3 different work desks. Having good open relationship with my colleagues to make the business running like a well oil machine. I have learnt to adapt to change as this environment is ever changing. I enjoy the day to day challenges as something new is learnt daily.

Great learning potential
Capturing & analysis of all contractual documents. Team work makes for productive and more efficient results. I have learnt to work in various systems at the same time, my accuracy and speed has also improved tremendously. The most challenging part of my job would be verification of docs whereby all info. thereof appears to be incorrect.

Great learning opportunities

Positively growing company with great potential growth
Basically involved in a Telecommunication industry. Technology advancement at its fastest pace and the need to keep up with customer satisfaction. My duty is to dispatch an engineer for as per demand and request from project planners, it will depend on the package the client has signed up for. My relationship with my co workers is okay, all parties try and stick to their lanes and committed to their professional duties, we mostly converse on a professional level. I have learnt to enhance and upgrade my working pace, to match fast paced environment that we are in. I enjoy seeing the number of calls I closed at the end of the week as per stats report. My challenges include having a shortage of engineers and engineers running late so I have to call the already irate client and notify them on their behalf.
Pros: Company products relevant for the today world
Cons: Dealing with irate clients and resources lackings

Excellent achievable
I have an excellent background in telecommunications Voip solution IP PBX VSAT / LTE BBC broadband CCTV and more I have a target of R 80,000-00 per month and have reached and achieved my goals above expectations. i reside in Nelspruit Mpumalanga and would love to join VOX Telecoms.

Excellent learning curve
The start of my career, Good experience and knowledge gain, Good team and management. Doing what I'm passion about and learning through my mistakes and challenges with regards to my work. Being able to pick myself up. Competing amongst each other to make sure we all come up on top. The challenges would be keeping up with all your projects and everything updated as far as the client is concerned. Because it's all about Time, Quality and Cost.
