My day involves many activities which including helping the workforce to cope with the pressures which was brought by the change. My relationship with co-workers has grown since the change was brought into our lives and I have come to understand their situations as the workforce. The high performance culture highlighted the most important aspects of life, which starts by understanding different people's characters and yourself as an individual. I learnt more a lot through reflections, management of own personal powers and management of all relationships, which helped me visualising a future which is painted with bright colors. I enjoyed the freedom that I was given, the opportunities presented and being a part of an amazing journey. The journey has thought me many important aspects of business and life which must be supported by strong values to perform at the optimum performance level. This is about taking first step, looking for opportunities and introducing myself to the recruiters out there.
