You learn some thing new almost everyday, we have a lot of different departments that do different things in the business, you learn to understand the type of work that they do helping you direct and assist client in the most effecient way possible. Challengers i have experienced is when some employyes are indisposed and clients refuse to utilise support lines at call centers.
