Client satisfaction is my most important rule,It is my motto.

In my industry client satisfaction is key,when I give my clients regular updates that is when I create a peaceful working environment for myself ,knowing that I have rendered an excellent service .Also getting along with my team mates and managers is very important for me because when everyone is happy and respects one another thats when we can be fully productive.Treating fellow imployees and imployers with mutual respect also creates a happy and productive working space .People skills are important to have in my industry because Airfreight controllinh is a service and not a product.A client needs to hear my smile over the phone,my tone of voice needs to always be welcoming .Systems we learn all the time but people skills is what makes a good service .

Evolved

A typical work day at TNT was variable, each day with its own challenges, and inbetween trying to do what was needed to close the day having done all activities required. My relationship with co-workers, had an open door policy, so open communication for all things work related, to resolve any minor/major problems along the way. I learnt that operational environments are living things and while there are a minimum amount of outputs that need to be delivered daily, you need to keep your finger on the pulse to ensure all are achieved and exceeded on. What I enjoyed most, was that no 2 days were the same in any of the environments. The most challenging aspects of any of these posts held was to please the customer and exceed their expectations, as not always possible when dealing with Government entities. A close second to make my management style adapt to the team being dealt with to maximise and improve outputs

I am very good person ,hard working and willing to learn everyday. I am a team player and i can also work without supervision. I do have a room of omprovement and i catch very quick.

Pros: The good thing at TNT is that we work as a team. Everyone in the company is commited to the client. Client is always in the centre and we all go extra mild to ensure that client as been helped. We work as a family even under pressure.
Cons: Thge bad thing is when the customer shipment is in customs and you can't deliver to the customer as promised.

Reputable company

It's a good company giving interns a chance to learn and gain experience, only that we could not be hired permanent or a long term contract which is what I am looking for.

Excellent learning programs

Its a very busy environment, people are friendly and helpful or team players. The most challenging part is dealing with angry customers, to make them understand that, the problem is not you but coz of the delays happened in a process.

It was good working for TNT Express. I had a good Team and management. And the good thing about it, they give us courage to work with passion. They always make sure thier employees are paid in time. They promote their employees, when they have available position, before they go externally.
