Excellent learning curve

I enjoyed working as an educator because there always goals to be reached each and every term and that was completed the work one had to teach,making sure that my file was up to date,teaching the learner in such a way that the child gets a pass each and every term and that was the most interesting thing,As an educator I managed to work well with other educators,parents and the learners,the job itself has taught me that if u want to reach a goal u must always be willing to have good relations with the people you work with,the community and learners.I enjoyed helping children but I wanted to try something new that is working in office and growing with that company

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: dealing with a large number of students at a time
