working at the Royal is like being with your family all day long . Actualy its all about team work from the manangement to the general worker. sharing idear and good relationship are some of the things la had learnt at the Royal . The most challianging thing since working at the Royal is when l was promoted to Assistane Maintenance manager from a maintence technician

Pros: T the royal there is great opryunities for going up the lader if you show your capabilities on your duties
Cons: it hard to get increment or bonaus and though you might be promoted its hard to get title salary

Good listener and always willing to learn new things.

Working at the the Royal Hotel is challenging, because everyday you meet knew people or guest and the challenge is to always try to meet the guest standard at all times. Make the guest feel like he/she is in paradise and don't have to worry about anything within the hotel. My daily duty as a Guest Access Liaison is to make sure that guest request I met at all times. Tell the guest about the place which includes knowing all destination withini and around durban.
