Great experience

Working at the Lbow Room has been a great learning experience. It helps you improve your communication and people's skills as well as creating friendships with the other employees. I've learnt a lot from working here, such as how to handle different types of customers, how to think on my feet when there is a problem that needs to be fixed, it has given me certain responsibilities in terms of duties that have to be done, and it has been an overall great opportunity to gain some experience. A normal day would start with opening the restaurant and setting out the tables, wiping the tables, taking people's drinks and food orders, serving it to the customers, then we close shop whenever the last customers leave and we make sure all our duties are done which include cleaning bills, menus, shining cutlery and refilling condiments.

Pros: Great experience
Cons: Long working hours and little pay
