Good learnig carve

In a daily minute I have to arrive early and prepare question papers if given yesterday, make copy's, faxes , email official documents, capture learners and educator absents on programme called SASAMS and also type some documents if necessary. all that information being captured on SASAMS need to be summited to district office which is my major responsibilities of the week, having this wonderful co-workers I have currently they all make my easy as they submit there work early for capturing we do have tradition of respecting one other young or old. what I have learned is that in order to be respected I have to be punctual as well as to make my work neat and meet deadlines, being in control and earning respect from my co-workers do enjoy that one of the most challenging part of my is to be always come even when some clients are so gruel to wards me.

Pros: less promotion oportunity
Cons: normal working time (8hrs)
