I was working in the Contact Centre environment as Acting Senior Group Manger with WNS Global Services managing DSL Faults and Billing centre. Before that as Group Manager managing DSL Fault centre with WNS as we were outsourced from Telkom SA SOC worked there as OPS Manager managing the same centre. I was having a good relationship with my subordinates whereby we were open to each other and respect each other. I learned a lot from Telkom as it was my first time to work there as it was my family and at moment I can do some job for myself as per skills I learned there and I enjoyed every moment I was at work. The challenges were dealing with very upset customers whereby there were breakdowns for their services and it took lot of time to repair
