Excellent Learning Curve interms of Lead Generation and Account Management.

I am a Malawian, resident in South Africa with over 10 years experience in different IT work. I have 4 years experience working in South Africa and I have been able to get promoted to Sales Manager within one year of employment in South Africa. In the four years of working in South Africa i have been involved in IT Solutions Sales, Installation, Project Management and After Sales Support specializing in Fuel Management Systems, Point of Sale Systems, Fleet Management Systems, Petroleum Equipment and Tailor-made systems. I am now in Office Automation Systems Sales. I hold a Bachelor of Science - IT Degree from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne -2005 Diploma in IT Systems Analysis and Design - 1997 Certificate in Computer Programming - 1996. Excellent Learning Curve

A typical work day at Quza IT starts with 1. Invoicing and sending out client orders. 2. Updating your CRM leads list for cold calling 3. Follow ups to Prospects. 4. Cold calling 5.Quotations 6. Closing impending deals 7.Sending promotional emails on specials. My relationship with my co-workers is that of a team. If a colleague is sick, we log in to his computer and attend to all outstanding issues. I have learnt to be a team player and generate leads on my own as close business. i enjoy being part fo the team at quzaIT despite me being the only black employee. my most challenging aspect was when i started because my colleagues didnt believe i could do the job but i made my sales targets and eventually they accepted me as part of the team.

Pros: Great opportunity for challenging yourself as a serial closer.
Cons: The work is somehow not challenging as compared to my qualifications.
