Excellent opportunity of learning

I enjoy everything i do as a lab assistant,and i have learn lot of things since i was working at quality products. my current job has prepared me in many ways to take on new and greater challenge and responsibility. this is one of my main reason for wishing to move on to a new jobs,so as to capitalize on what i have learned. I have a good relationship with my colleagues even though sometimes we won't agree with some of the things,production people.

Good learning experience

My job opportunity at Quality Products started in 2004. It was a new experience working in a high Volume production factory. Having started at a junior entry level position, from assisting production lines with packaging requirements to clean and start procedures. An opportunity for assistant processing operator was available and i was chosen due to my high priority to ensuring safety and quality is met. My duties included, inspection of incoming raw materials for production, weighing of raw materials and assisting process operator with plant operations. In 2006 i was promoted to senior process operator and have kept that role till now due to lack of growth at quality products. I have computer skills, plant operations skills and supervisory skills.

Excellent service

It was a great opportunity for me work at Quality Products. They hired me as General Worker after a month I've been promoted as Machine Operator. I worked with artisans, they teach me how to set and fixed the Machines errors and I became an Expert. We work as team. I've been rewarded with the Certificate of achievement in 2009, ( The best Operator of the year) that was the best feeling ever. The challenges we had was, we have to reach a score of the day and we make sure we reached target. We had to make sure every material we need was nearby so that we could run the line smooth with my team.
