Excellent Learning Curve

Office bound work that sometimes requires extra hours, I work well with my colleagues and line managers. I have learned the HR and Payroll full function and how to liaise with external clientele. I enjoy processing the Payroll, seating in for interviews or sourcing new staff for the organization. Accessing the compliance for the payroll department, especially because the department suffered changes that were unpredictable and unforeseen.

A great learning oppoturnity

Working for my company is great and my co workers are very good people however it gets tough sometimes because I am alone they are in Johannesburg(Head Office)

There is no growth.
