I am very much flexible candidate because I have worked on a site that has both building and civil work and I am very much experience on challenges that faces both of the fields

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion

Excellent Learning Curve

Office bound work that sometimes requires extra hours, I work well with my colleagues and line managers. I have learned the HR and Payroll full function and how to liaise with external clientele. I enjoy processing the Payroll, seating in for interviews or sourcing new staff for the organization. Accessing the compliance for the payroll department, especially because the department suffered changes that were unpredictable and unforeseen.

Pros: Great working opportunity
Cons: Lack of structure
