Great work experience

A Typical day is very busy, working under pressure. i have a good relationship with my co-workers, we are friendly towards each other. I have learnt to deal with different people from different races and backgrounds. Each person with their own different character and personality. learning a new skill is what I enjoy the most and completing a project under pressure.

Pros: Great work experience and training
Cons: Too much work without proper pay, not a proper professional working environment

Dynamic company with great exposure to new technologies

I am responsible for the core network in KZN. I am tasked for preventative and current fault as well as system upgrades. I work with international as well as corporate clients I learn to schedule my day according to priorities

Pros: Great exposure to technology
Cons: May drive far sometimes

Excellent Learning Curve

I work from 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday. I enjoy what i do, as i am passionate about it. I get along with my team and the other company stuff. I've learnt alot about the Telecom industry. The most challenging aspects it my job is not being challenged enough. I feel i need growth and to spread my wings a little bit more

Willing to learn and be able to pass knowledge to team members

Well experienced in the Rf and RAN industry of telecommunications willing to learn more cause in everyday life of telecommunications we learn something new and I am a hard working and a team player that always makes sure his team do there best in being productive and executing there task given and reach productivity

Pros: Enjoy working in a team as team leader and have learnt a lot in the industry and never say I did i give credit to my team as well
Cons: Don't mind working late as long as overtime paid

Not the normal payroll. They do not believe in adhering to calendars etc. Every thing is to be done on the last day of the month. Rules gets changed frequently. No company procedures in place. They are above the BCEA as far as laws goes - my way or the highway attitude. Highest personnel turnover I have seen in 30 years of working career. No bonuses paid, No 13th cheque paid - no thank you in general.

Pros: Close to home
Cons: Not constant in rules

Great company

Working at my work place is good. You learn new things everyday. There is a lot to do in this work place which means that you get to learn different jobs. Everyone is friendly here. They all good co-workers. We help each other with nearly everything regarding our work load. I have learned different kinds of projects. There are four different projects that i can do without any help or push. What i enjoy the most is that i gain a lot of experience quickly. I did not know a lot on the telecommunication industry until now. I enjoy doing my job. The most challenging aspects is that sometimes there is a lot of responsibilities and you have to conclude things by yourself, sometimes you suppose to carry out the work load by your self.

Cons: Less Salary

Honest, Enthusiastic

PMD is a vibrant, company that chooses not to take the easy way (short cuts) out. Lots of hard work and dedication by the employees ensure that the company has a reputable name and that the work is done correctly.

Pros: innovative work sourcing
Cons: Long hours, lots of HR issues consumes too much hours weekly.
