I have Regulatory examinations Certiicate

Its a good company because they pay for our RE and also Fais modules.Before i started working for them,They took me to training so that i can learn about their products.My colligues are so helpfull because if i struggle with my target they help me...infact we are working as a team so we are helping each other because we are unique individuals whom each of us has different weakpoints and strong points.If i have excelled my targets there are presents given to motivate each one of us,There are also competitions for team players.The team that wins get something.

Pros: There are opportunities especially if I've passed all the modules
Cons: Too long working hours because of my dedication to my job

Good

Is good to work in this company because I meet different people everyday you learn how to handle people with different behavior and different understand of things, I learn time Management because I control my own time. I work with Target so I know how to use different tactic to get business and meet target, Mostly I go alone but we Meet up Sometimes and Arrange Presentations and work well as a team. I enjoyed Meeting My targets

Working in a team of 20 members. Meeting deadlines. Preparation of month end packs.Mainly resolving queries in the Bank . Reconciling bank accounts. Dealing with clients via email.

Pros: Old Mutual is one of the top companies. The biggest investment company

Working as a temp

i have worked with old mutual as a temp for over 5 years now and these still no sign of improvement and i know that they do need my services and that i can go place if given the chance. i do not have pension nor medical aid and i do need to have such things.

Pros: its a well known company and it has been around for many years

Good environment

Work environment is good. I work well with others I'm a team player I help people make informed decisions on their financial situation. Versatile job, flexible working hours. The most challenging part of this job is getting people interested in securing their financial future and explaining to them the importance of life insurance as well as investing

My aim to make a different clients,by making sure I advice them financially

U able to interact with different client,understand the importance role of advicing clients financial nd able solve any query,the most important is to reach ur target become a role model to your collegues,doing presentation to client is one of the easy thing to do,I'm very happy at old mutual,to experience something challenging for me it will be a good thing

Know your clients

Talking about my bonus....i never reach my targets and we even had to collect the instal from our clients after disbursing the loan nd also we had 4 targets to meet a month with collection for me i find it challenging but i was doing and put my best because i was always half the target that i have to make a month..for me it was the best because i was always working to achieve something to show my what im here for. Whats is chsllenging is that,each and everyday we commit by two ppl tht will come do loans but most of the time thy keep postponing of which it makes a delay for a target of a day..to approach clients its my living its my thing my clients love me i always reach a target of opening cards...also to do a comparison btwn me nd my othr coleague is also nice because it drives you to work hard....and also to ask others how they do it to make thier targets nd also to assist you by calling and to do a different aproach than mine....it is very nice to work together its called a team building.

Cons: Gain experince and to finish up your work
