Brilliantly fast learner

I am a service consultant for Nashua Vaal. A typical day for me is assisting clients with new requests, issues, upgrades and retractions. I log all these calls on behalf of the user. I also go out to clients and go and do surveys and assist in making sure they are satisfied. My co-workers and I, get along very well. We are a strong team and together we get the work done. Without such an amazing team, I would not be able to get everything done. We help one another and work excellence is out top priority. I started at Nashua with no technical experience, no background in printing or any of the related services. I started on a 3 month contract and worked hard, represented myself and my company in such a way that I was given a permanent position with the company. Being the Shutdown Project Manager was by far the highlight of my career. I love working under pressure and with people. I excel in problem solving, client satisfaction and task management.

Learnt a lot while i was there.... I started at the bottom and WORKED my way to where i am today

I want to get up in the morning to go to work. It used to be like that but it's not anymore. There is to much back stabbing & bad mouthing that it wasn't enjoyable to work there anymore. I've learnt that no-one is better than me & vice versa, we are all the same. There many friends i made which i miss dearly but it was time to go. I had to learn to keep my mouth shut, which i shouldn't have. I also had to learn to play nice, which just felt wrong. My work & my ethics should count for me, not against me. So wish things could of been different as i used to love my job but it just became too much, with very little appreciation.

Pros: Know my job like no other sales executive and that gave me the edge
Cons: Working after hours, shitty atmosphere, negativity, expensive

Extremely Challenging

ssful. I've learned to develop relationships and handle different custome Thechallenges include constantly working on changing systems and having to always apply yourself in the daily process because things are constantly changing in this particular department job is for someone looking to enter the job market. The working environment is very fast paced and can be very stressful. I've learned to develop relationships and handle different customers. Excellent learning curve

Typical day at work is to be in at the office in the morning from 8-9 and afternoon 4-5, rest of the time out on the field trying to get business in. The work relationships are excellent, get to work with a very enthusiastic team and that is where I thrive. I have gained a lot of knowledge on how the market and sales works.The thing i enjoyed the most is interacting with the clients.The biggest challenging is closing the deals.

Excellent learning curve

Working for Nashua has been interesting. I have learned a lot and it was rough. Being in sales is difficult and I don't enjoy any of it as it was not what I have studied for but was the only job offer I got. My relationship with co-workers is fun and worth it. They have taugh me a lot about the industry. I have an amazing manager who helps me with everything. What is most challenging in sales is following procedures that is old and not working as good as it did in the past and not being allowed to do what works in my opinion, but I have come to terms with it. What I enjoy most is interacting with clients who actually wants what I sell.

Cons: Economic market that has no money

Working as sales executive

I have a good relationship with my co-workers A tupical work day includes seeing clients securing new sales and expanding client database I enjoy working with clients and handling queries and building a business relationship The most challenging is securing new clients on a daily basis

Pros: Great working environment for pushing yourself
Cons: If you dont make targetyou lose your job...regardless if youre on probation or permanent

Excellent learning curve. Swim or sink tecnique used. Taught me to be tough and resilliant.

Good hard working employees. Managament is a bit out of touch with the reality of closing the deal. Company culture is to party, not my style, I prefer to spent time with my family. Makes it difficult to advance to any directors position, if you do not party with the rest.

Pros: Great earning potential.
Cons: Reached glass ceiling, no room for growth.
