Business Development

working with branch Managers, 3 Branch Managers in my portfolio with their respective advisors of 12 advisors per team. Development of Managers and assisting business by presenting value proposition to Key Individuals ( employee wellness managers of corporates.

Good learning curve

Good flexible working hours , and good team to work for. Have learned a lot of investments and was able to apply my theoretical knowledge. Good working environment but not much pay. Teams are best to work with and management is supportive as well.

My day at work

I am very versatile and not afraid to take on new challenges. I always avail myself to colleagues when the need arises. I am a fast learner and enjoy the daily challenges. Everyday has a new learning experience. I enjoy my interaction with clients and on many occasions I get to meet the family as well. I am an all rounder. Currently I have been moved to reception as there was a need for this and at the same time I am still performing my daily functions consulting with clients. It's challenging working with clients especially face to face. Everyone comes with their own unique problem or query. Being sensitive to the clients needs and situation is of utmost importance.

Law has thought me to be patient, friendly and most importantly a good relation to people and clients. Honesty and integrity is fitting within the legal field. Accountability is important in relation to all aspects notwithstanding everyday technical outcomes.
