Excellent learning curve

I have exposed myself to a variety of business aspects. These include Data Capturing and office administration work. I proactively seek and establish good interpersonal relationships by helping others feel valued, appreciated and included. I openly share knowledge and information with others as a way to reinforce efforts and progress. I have been proactive in capturing customers to the system, assisting walk in clients. I identify and implement effective ways to monitor and evaluate customer concerns, issues and satisfaction and anticipate customer needs. This is an important element in my current vocation and I do this by building collaborative relationships and educating consumer. I seek to benchmark desired solutions against best in class. I choose appropriate action through clear decision criteria, and generate innovative solutions in work situations. I demonstrate a zeal for new knowledge and experiences and challenges, also willing to learn.

i am a hard worker who can work over time i have a good communication with people because i love working with people i have learnt that i must love my job before i choose to take it,i don't have to focus on money i earn i enjoy learning new things everyday the most challenges that i come across while am working is to finish load of work in a limited time to satisfy those who am delivering service to

Excellent working experience

A typical day is doing research on the site we developing for the companies intranet on sharepoint. i have a good relationship with my co-works. i believe that i should not make things personal at work. i learnt how to work with the companies clients better, how to handle non satisfied customers when i was at call center and at receptionist. working with sharepoint building sites and pages, using PowerApps to modify list and forms i enjoy learning sharepoint building sites from not knowing nothing. is working with sharepoint when i had no idea what it was. i had no training it is self taught.

I have learned a lot from my company, more especially in the repair department, it is my first IT opportunity since i have graduated from college, this learnership has provided me with the skills of repairing computer and installation of programs

Great

By far it's the best job I've had in my career of more than 7 years. The company cares about its employees and goes above and beyond to create a positive work environment. Lots of room for advancement and growth within the company. Bi-weekly happy hours, weekly company lunches provided, flex hours available, work from site available, and super casual atmosphere.

Pros: great comp plan, flexibility, company sponsored lunches and happy hours
Cons: work from site is limited
