A day at the office

My typical day is extremely busy. Apart from performing all pa duties I process all the accounts and supervise the admin staff. I don't have any major problems with the staff. The MD us a perfectionist and can be quite challenging. However I too am a bit of a perfectionist. I enjoy being constantly busy. Over the years I have learnt many things. Being a trained negotiator wS definitely instrumental in supervising the staff..

Pros: no travelling I reside approximately 5 minutes away
Cons: really challenging director, high staff turnover

L learnt a lot

Extremely busy no typical day Male domonated industry Challeging excellent learning curve Most of the staff members were really nervous however I had a good rapport with the staff members trouble shooting

Pros: no opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours
