Great learning curve from being independent on your spouse to having to support on your own

I work from 08h00 till 16h30 everyday, i deal with customers everyday and enjoy dealing with people. I sit in a office with 6 other ladies, we have our own client and own responsibilities. I work very hard to make sure all my clients are happy and the work is to there satisfaction. I work in the printing industry and i enjoy the challenges. I started here as a receptionist and have worked my way up to where i am in almost 7 years. I have a working relationship with my co workers, i don't involve myself in any issues but try help if help is needed. I have learnt self confidence whereas if i go out i am more open with people. My only frustration is that i want to grow and it seems that there is no growing prospect in this company as no opportunities are coming up for growth.

Good learning curve

It is very important to me that you are a key player as manager but in this company they confuse superior over leadership skills. In a company we have to work as a team that drive a organization and not individual teams.
