good working environment make sure client are assisted at all times i have learn to work under pressure and come on top of my game always i enjoy when i get along with my colleagues challenge is when i have to check and release invoices on time so that they can be proceeded by finance

It is a good company to work for and the work is challenging just as one would expect, i just don't see an opportunity for growth as growth in this company is there but seem s like it is limited or only applicable to certain individuals

To whom it may concern I would like to apply for the position as advertised.I have extensive experience in the customer service industry for the past 10 years.I work closely with our senior managers and executives and have experience in a Personal Assistant position to our executives. Administration skills , communication skills, telephone skills and mailing .

-Working with innovation-group is an advantage and i gained knowledge through individual decision making on querying accurate information with clients telephonic by emailing . -Working with a team is another strategy to meet monthly target as we had to collect documents for outstanding claims.

Great learning stepping stone

Always early at work to get the job done in the best possible way Working with people has open my eyes and created a culture where i love working with different people. I have learned to take lead and make discussions and working with different people and how to believe in myself. The culture in the busnisse really stands out for me as a team from different cultures come together and make the work space fun and get the job done. The most challenging aspect of working with people is to get people to be self motivated and to come to the office and get the job done first time right.

Administration skills

Working with the innovation-group was great experience and i learned telephone Technics ,emailing and behavioral skills. Daily work was to process invoices for payment by verifying details loaded on the system and the document received. All work targets was merged as per team and we strive to succeed. I leaned to acknowledge each individual behavior and personality as we worked as a team and i most enjoyed working as an individual due to i had to make decisions on spot without consulting my superior that was when i am in charge of queries.
