typical work day is to canvass and get new business for the month. revisit old clients Co-ordinate all my advertising, assist management with task,admin, clients budget. Work on a daily dead line and monthly target,but I set up my targets into weekly targets so that I can obtain my goal. My co-workers are my family. We partake in a lot of work activities. I have learnt how to accept people the way they are, way of thinking and their abilities, being diverse. I most enjoy brain storming, keeping busy and keeping my clients happy. The most challenging aspect is to make target, every week, month is not the same so its hard but challenging but through prayer all goes well. I work very well with management and time keeping. I adhere to all rules and regulations. I am always available if staff members are absent or in need of help. I also offer to stay after work for anything required. I do think i deserve more because of my qualifications and quality

With my co-workers we are very close we help each other with many positive stories that changes life of our people.member of the family. Like the story of Khayelitsha famil,father mange to escape the burning house through the roof leaving his family behind,told his wife to bring the three kids up as their shack house caught fire.The wife she came out leaving the kids and told her husband that fire is too big she couldn't reach to their room. According to them they could hear them screaming for help till they went on silence.Fore me it was long and sad interview though it was less than 10 minutes.

Pros: Yes I always love that from being a junior to be a mid level to the senior level.
Cons: always working long hours,because news they chose their own time to hapen and own place far or near.

Excellent learning curve

I do enjoy my current job, however I am looking for a better career prospects, professional growth and work opportunities. I am also looking for new challenges because I feel that the current company's growth prospects have become poor. I have enjoyed working in diverse company because it has helped me understand all cultures and diversity as a whole. I have a very good connection with the superiors of the company as a matter of fact they are my reference and I would like to state it has given me pleasure how my management team always showing how they appreciated me by always give me task they could not give to other staff. Everyone works to earn money and I am also looking for a job that can pay me better than now because I have noticed how expenses have accumulated ever since my wife gave birth to twins 11 years ago and have tries raising the issue with my current and it turns out that their hands were tight on the budget.

Great Learning Curve which added to my career experience

Independent Newspapers was a wonderful place to work at. The staff there is really friendly and always smiling. What I really appreciate about working for the time that I've been there is the kind of clients that we were dealing with and getting a better understanding on how advertising really works in the newspaper industry. However the reason I decided to leave is because I really feel like I need new challenges that will require me to express my creativity.

Professional and meticulous

My day involves working closely to The M.D. and his management team which consists of 5 Senior Managers. I oversee the operational and administrative needs of the various Departments that are managed by the management team. I have a professional and courteous relationship with my co-workers. My job entails vital and confidential information eg Salaries, sitting in on disciplinary hearings. I need to treat all information that I am privy to with confidentiality. I have learnt patience and tolerance whilst working with my co-workers as every individual has a different personality type. My job is deadline driven and time sensitive so I have to prioritize and manage my time effectively to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.

Pros: working alongside my M.D and his management team which has taught me alot of invaluable knowledge.
Cons: no room for growth

All in a day's work

I am based in an open plan environment and find my interaction with the newsroom staff most interesting and enjoyable. Stories and experiences are shared and advise offered on a daily basis. Being tactful, while yet caring, is a requirement when dealing with irate readers. Working for more than one editor can be challenging at times, at that's where my excellent planning and organisational skills come to play

I am a fast learner

I can work in any situation and always prepared for challenges. I am always willing to learn more and I always put full effort in the work I do.
