Excellent and challenging

Made me have a good communication with farm workers, and able to deal with clients in a suitable manner and make decisions alone, I enjoy mostly when they do their health talks and meetings where they will call me to clarify some health related issues for them

Pros: Great opportunity to grow in the proffesion and gain confidence and experience
Cons: Driving from farm to farm
