New opportunities in a developing company
I have learnt to work as a team player and the fact that sometimes asking helps that doing trial and error. audits where challenging because traceability must be done in full and staff must be well trained. my co-workers describe me as a hard worker

Learning curve, growth
I do have sometimes a heavy long day due to the laod of work and long hours,but whats giving me courage to do my work best is the help of my co-workers working to gether as a great team, on that process im not just doing my work best but aslo learning and growing at the same time. What i like about my work is no matter how the challage comes i deal with it perfectly and on that i have learned that working as a team and having the same goals you can archive whatever challange you may face.

Sorting out the underripe and overripe friuts Prepping friuts Packing them in the contain Writing the stock used and the remain How many kilos we prepped each and every two hours Capturing all paperwork and sent them to the managers

My current experience and present employment have given me the necessary experience in the implementation and application of the practical and administrative aspects of Shift manager applied in industry, coupled with my experience in the systems, policies and procedures of Hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP),Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 2200, ISO 22000 and GMPs. I assist in the planning and implementation of continuous improvement projects to increase production efficiency and cost performance. I have daily meetings with all team members, share vital information and motivate them by giving them feedback; I try to continuous evaluation of production versus targets to ensure that staff are positioned correctly based on abilities monitoring of productivity throughout the day. Both at team level and individual level: I try to maintain good moral in the department by continuously inspiring the team by doing the right thing all the time even if nobody is around. I

Excellent learning curve
My current company is a very good company tto start with as your first job and collect much experience. But my current position is not precise what I wanted to do and see myself in a different position. My typical work day consist of much technical stuff in the factory: Quality, Customer complaints, internal audits, tastings etc. I have learnt a lot and the people I work with is very nice and we all are hard working people so as a team it’s nice to committing. One of my challenges were that we are 8 technologists that needs to share 4 desks and computers, so that were quite frustrating. I enjoy working here, and like to met new people.

The place is cold all the care is the money for the their pocket...most of the people are hard working....u cant work for 12 hours a aday after uu earn peanut...

I learn a lot at in2food
Now I need to grow more in another and learn something new to me,So that I can also use my experience with others. I do admin work I sometimes work as supervisor on his absence

Its is such a nice company n they pay well
I've experienced lot of things.I even learned to live and work hand in hand with other workers.I enjoyed working with people and the most challenging aspect is when we were working extra time.we were paid amongst our jobs and if you were absent u were not paid.I don't have much to say.

The is some opportunities to go to school but not that we all given that opportunity
Working there is very challenging and it's,need to be very brave and stand to your ground *leaders are very difficult *some they don't want you space to do your job *I enjoy when its comes to stock from receiving to wearhouse * what I've learn is to do what I'm best at its brings good outcome
