Good personal relationships
I start my day call up my clients, see if they need anything. Have an personal one on one relationship with my clients. Always let them know if there are sales or discount for the month. Type my letters, post my ads fresh on face book, send emails out to the salons with my new stock and existing stock. Take orders set the stock ready for the day for delivery. Go see new salons do marketing. Orginising some presentations to promote my stock. Ive learned that you must never stop staying in contact with clients never stop doing marketing. I enjoy the most when i got a new client to add to my list. Introduce training to the Salons. The most challenging aspects of the job is to keep my clientelle happy and satisfied.
Pros: Good learning process.
Cons: working overtime and weekends.
