Always driven and very eager to learn more
I work an a call centre. The place is filled with people who strive to deliver the best customer service to clients. I started in April 2014 and since then I have moved to 4 different departments. I have worked in the Sales, Technical support, Billing and Faults department. I believe in learning as much as posible and my current job has enabled me to achieve this however I do feel that its time for the next step. I am a go getter. The only challenge with my job is the shifts that im working. I start at 4:30 am and that is abit challenging. My relation with my co-workers is really great and i always respect the next person and aways expect the same in return. On a typical work day i get to handle customer quiries and make sure that i deliver the best posible service. I also make sure that Imeet the KPI's set.
Pros: looking for growth
Cons: not being able to grow as an employee
