Excellent Learning Curve

We are a small company, so your colleagues become friends, and your second family. That also helps you understand people better, and helps you to understand why they would react a certain way under certain circumstances. We work under pressure 90% of the time, so you really need to be supportive of your colleagues, and vice versa. I have learnt that building relationships with clients and suppliers goes a long way. I love working with people, have always been a people person. The most challenging is not to loose your temper when you can see people are not giving their 100% into a project or a job, especially when you are under pressure to deliver a job or a project on time.
