Good environment but is so challenging

I have learned lot of things,how to deal with kids and help them.most challenging is when coming to mark books is lot of work and some kids write something that is way out to the question. I work good with my colleagues because am straight forward person.

Pros: They is no promotion
Cons: working hours are not that long
