Excellent learning Expereince

I work with employees files, salaries, benefits, Leave, S&T and Advanced. I work well with all my colleagues as I'm the direct contact of the HR department. I learned prioritise well and go extramile to help other people. I joy working working/helping people The most challenging aspects of the job is a lot of preasure.

Great learning curve

I am currently a CFO in a DFI and responsible for strategy formulation and implementation. I report to the CEO and my main responsibility is also to provide the CEO and the board sound financial advice. My Company provides financial services products such as loans and also has a property portfolio worth R700m. There four departments under my control which is supply chain, credit control, finance and Information technology department. I work well with my team with 4 managers reporting to me and 50 indirect employees. I have a great deal in leadership and management. I look forward to imparting this knowledge to my new team.

Great learning curve, teamwork, professional growth

it is a great working enviroment, working hours are strictly 8:00 - 16:30, unless one has to work after hours, colleagues within the department have a strong bond, teamwork makes the dream work, thats the motto. I learnt so much in regards to commercial law as well as corporate governance. The most challenging aspect would be colleagues from other departments not liasing certain matters of law timeously, resulting in the delay of matters.
