i enjoyed working there. i strated working as a copymaker in february 2016, while i was doing my matric. i was the youngst employee there. my co-workers were very suportive but also very competitive with one another. i learend how to cope under stress and with deadlines. my job was mostly about working with hospitals and their reports or payments. i enjoyed the lodgements of the file the most because it was the most challenging.

Working with clients

My learning through the my current employment is the following, 1. Work under pressure, 2. The importance of our clients, 3. Follow up on each and every clients, 4. Diary management, 5. Deadlines 6. Team work at all times, 7. Confidentiality of our clients.

Pros: I've been promoted three times in the company
Cons: Working during lunch hours for the sake of our clients

Excellent learning curves

A typical work day consists of sorting out other peoples mistakes and try not to take offence when someone body else takes the credit. My relationship with my co-workers are great I work well with everyone and try to help each other if we have time. I have learned that if we work together and support one another work days are done to the best of our ability's, then to work against each other. I enjoy having my work up to date and some even done in advance. The most challenging aspect of my job is having all my paper work, recons and money relating work as accurate as possible for checkups.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotions
Cons: Long working hours
