Excellent entry level
Great opportunity for someone starting off, very little room for personal growth and career development. Quite a mundane, therefore not mentally stimulating one you have grasped certain aspects of the job- which is troubling for someone who needs to be mentally stimulated

My role in First Rand Bank its called Migration Official whereby I assist customers or clients through digital zones like assisting them to make payments and transactions via electronically channels. I have a believe that I have a good team because they advice me in the workplace and learn a major keys from them since they have a lot of exprience working in the bank sector. I have learnt that communication is a very important tool in the company because we need to understand each other and delegate work for my co-workers if somehow he or she is busy. I have obtained my VIP PAYROLL and HR Certificate and awarded with recognition of being the Best Centre Midfielder in Tshwane University Of Technology football team.
Pros: Each and every year salary increase
Cons: lot of pressure when it is busy
Opportunities to learn about banking industry
The Job requires that one push themselves. On a typical work day On comes to work and need to set up their own work schedule in order to meet deadlines. I have a professional relationship with my colleagues, and it is a good one. we work well together as a team and always reach our targeted deadlines. I have learnt to work smart, juggling multiple projects and learnt to listen to constructive criticism. I enjoy working with clients , learning new processes , businesses and products.
Pros: Great learning opportunities
Cons: No opportunities for promotions
