Stressful environment.I meet wit different characters

It's a very stressful environment.You must focus each and every minutes.Good relationship with co workers.Forex(Foreign Currency) is the most challenging aspect.I have learnt how to interact with people

Excellent experience

I work as a migration official we help customers to do banking on app or online banking we assist with customers queries and complaints I learned a lot as a migration official how to work with clients and how to communicatied with the clients

I am a very motivated and driven individual.

I am currently a quality assuror at First National Bank(Premium banking). A typical day at work consists of validating customer documents and verifying whether each company is KYC compliant(Meeting FICA standards). I have a good working relationship with my colleagues and peers. FNB has great values(Integrity in every interaction with our clients and business partners. Respect for our people: employees, customers and shareholders. Passion in all that we do!). I strive to attain each value to the best of my ability in being motivated and going the extra mile in all that I do. I have learnt to manage myself according to the business needs, requirements and targets set in place and this I enjoy as I am constantly in competition with myself to go above and beyond each task set out for me. The most challenging aspect of this job is keeping updated with process changes that happen daily.

Excellent Learning Curve

Good working space great co-workers most challenging aspects is when dealing with difficult clients,handing objections and mostly meeting deadlines.however the challenge gains me more experience in the field of sales

Excellent learning curve with lot of experience

I am disciplined person with excellent interpersonal and a hard worker reaching set targets on a daily basis, I enjoy working with people as a team, team work helps me to learn from others and adapt difference cultures, I respect other people`s culture

Pay attation to details

I am diligent worker that always take pride in my work, make a positive contribution to the company, flexible to work in a changing environment. I am well motivated, innovative, and hard-working, a good team player that is always willing to learn new skills and confront challenges with all efforts and I’m also familiar to use cash books-payments &reconcialation, creditors-full function, debtors-full function and all recons on finances

Ive learned a lot over the 3-4 years.

You learn a lot at such a young age being around the Bank industry , i found it interesting coz I got to learn a lot about how to deal with money advicing clients to do better and just helping them to do their banking better and cheaper. The world is getting so much better, machines are taking over thats why i was there to advice and give our clients more intell about the new and improved banking.

Pros: The wonderful clients we had , building a relationship of trust is very important. Co-workers was always understanding and always there to lend a hand. I enjoyed the conversations I build up with our Clients , was always those who came looking for me personaly coz they trust me fully to help them.
Cons: The crancky customers and older ones that wasnt realy sure if they wanted to improve their banking meaning the new technology , it changed a lot over the years just making our clients do their banking easier and cheaper.

Upgrade my skill

I'm a very hard working, enjoy giving the customer excellent service, I am a team leader meaning I must lead by example, I expect my team to be organised, in time before the bank open and giving excellent service.

Excellent learning curve

At FNB Insurance Brokers we have individual portfolios that each person is handling however we still do work as a team and help each other here and there. It is a very small branch with 10 short term insurance related employees. It was and is still a great learning curve to be at this branch hence we do all the work relating to administration of policies. Theres no specialized person on a specific task which in turn is a very good opportunity for a beginner
