I AM ABLE TO WORK ALONE AND IN A TEAM

I am blessed to be a part of a winning team at work,we work different portfolios but at the end we have a common goal of reaching our monthly team,that makes me look forward going to work.We are diverse and i embrace every one in our team regarding that.We work hard and play hard that is so exciting.When a team member is not at work someone has to do the work of the absent member which ends up creating a backlog.

Great knowledge

i work every day in order to achieve my sales and it has really helped me a lot in working in a team and also to adapt to every environment. from the skills i accumulated at my previous employer i believe i can head up every challenge coming my way, as i have dealt with a lot of customers who complaints a lot.

Pros: marketing is good

And reaching targets

Have to make sure that staff members are performing well and are well supported to make sure that First National Bank runs smoothly as it is a financial institution. I am currently responsibly for 87 branches at Johannesburg South . Have 3 Human resources business partners and 2 Human resources coordinators which I also have to hold them accountable for performance and also to give them necessary support to enable them to perform.

Pros: great company to work for
Cons: No gurantees jobs do depend on performance and economic climate

Work hard

FNB gave a lot of opportunities to believe in my self. I was able to give Ideas and those ideas were implemented . And I gained lots of experience in no time with working very hard in such nice environment.

Pros: overtime with good salary
Cons: no promotions

What I like about my job

My normal day at work would be to get to work, perform health checks on the machines I'm working on and start working, it will depend on what shift I will be in since we do different things on different shifts. -What I enjoy the most is communicating with different types of people and building relationships.

Good commucation oppurtunities

It is good to work on my company cause we are getting along with my colleges and I am enjoying each day I spend with them at my work I have learn a lot I learn how to communicate with people, how to grow your self to other level and how to handle clients that are short tempered make them calm and enjoy being attended with you. Things that I enjoy most to help people and educate them about banking The challenging aspects is to be always think out of the box come out with new ideas about office work and being creative for your job.

Great learning curve

I started coding in this position, I have grown considerably as an analyst and I have also learnt product dynamics in the industry. The people are amazing and always willing to help, manager's are very understanding when you are a junior and there is room to learn. You are given the platform to grow, and the pace at which you grow is completely up to you. Your work speaks for you and your willingness to learn and asking questions is what sets your pace.

Pros: Great opportunities for growth at your disposal
Cons: Nobody will hold your hand through the learning process, you either sink or swim

EXCELLENT

IT WAS A GOOD WORK I WORKED WITH GOOD PEOPLE I HAVE LEARNT LOT OF THINGS LIKE Admin Clerk: Data Capturing,Query Clerk,Cheque ,Deposit slips Retrieval,Document Scanning AND I WORKED DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT, I REALLY ENJOYED WORKING THERE

Learning curve

I have learned a lot in the banking sector as i have worked in different departments with in this short space of time. Learning different things form different people is also amazing. i have worked in the call center as well for a short stint. The amount of work done on a daily basis is very demanding and requires one to be able to work under pressure. MY relationship with my co- workers is amazing. Having to work in different departments is what i enjoyed the most as this was also a learning curve for me

Pros: There is always room for growth.
Cons: Being kept on contract
