Good learning curve

We are supporting more than 500 people with different problems. We are trained to be calm and professional to user. We gave them best services always. I have learnt how to deal with difficult user and enjoy working with my team and different users.

Excellent

My current work load is very high and has variety of tasks. I manage that by making sure that I plan my day to an extent of what I should do hourly. If I can't finish my daIlyich workload due to unplanned evens i take voluntary extra hour in the office to finish my work. I am a passionate worker and I delegate some of the work that I believe my coworker can also do.

Learning sector

During my work day, I develop test cases, I sometimes assist other employees with their work just to understand what they do. I enjoy working with different stakeholders because this give exposure to lot of field and the understanding of those field. I learned that timelines are very important to the project and identifying risk to minimize them. The most challenging thing is under testing is working with different stakeholders such as developers because sometimes we had some conflicts which can delay the project to be delivered.

I have learnt a lot for the past 4 years

I manage my diary on a daily basis. i have learnt the importance of compliance in an organisation because without compliance culture, an organisation may face numerous risks which may lead to suspension or withdrawal of the licence, reputational risks and legal action against the organisation. I conducting the on-site visits as we now see exactly what the entities are doing on a daily basis and it also strengthens the relationship between the regulator and the regulated entity.

Pros: It is possible based on the performance
Cons: the long hours are not bad as an individual can manage how they work.

Excellent opportunity to horne in my skills

I am a seasoned Learning and Development manager who have been practice for the past 14 years. I understand the skills development landscape as I used to pioneer the Skills Development Act.
