1.Managing staff members on daily basis. 2. Inspecting of vehicles on daily basis. 3. Ensure that my team achieve daily and monthly targets. 4. Completing employee assessments. 5. Training of employees. 6. Resolve salary queries if any. 7. Track of company vehicles via tracking app. 8. Assist clients with technical alarm problems. 9, Conducting disciplinary hearings when needed. 10. To ensure that my team is up to standard. 12. Leasing with other departments within the company. 13. Attending weekly and monthly meetings and conference calls.

Pros: Fidelity-ADT is a great company to work for, they take care off their staff members and really care about us
Cons: I do not have any concerns, it is a great company to work for, i work from monday to friday from 08h00 till 17h00, the only thing is that the driving distance is killing me as i am based in midrand and stay in pretoria north

Good negotiation skills

I have a very good customer relationship with all my clients I have worked with. I reach my banch Mark monthly , I go out of my contort zone to create my Own leads eg cald calling and door knocking.I do my after sales to check for any possible leads from the clients. I am always hungry to learn and deliver. I am a team player at work, we have a great relationship as co-workers we support each other in closing deals . Working for our company have learned me to never walk out on a client because of our competitors.always create a good/ trusting relationship with the client to make them comfortable around you.

Hard worker and a fast learner

I am a quick learner, an employee who is willing to go the extra mile. I assist my colleagues and clients where I need to, also I am not one to shy away from asking for help if something is giving me a problem.

MY good day at work and my employees

My every day life at work is more interesting than my days at home as my staff or co-workers are now my family and always trying hard to feed in and understand every person. I learn a lot as i work with different people like managers and my staff. The most important part of my job that i enjoy is when i solved a comlaint of a lient that wanted to cancel the contract.
