My Job at False Bay Hospital

I'm currently working for an agency, when the contract is finish, we must apply for another company, chances are slim that the next company will hire you, there is very little permanent jobs available to apply for at false bay hospital, the company can't employ as many people as needed because the company is on a low budget, the stretch is long for permanent position that is opening in the future, if an agency do not hire you, you have to volunteer, till there's an opening in the company

Pros: Great oppertunity to grow
Cons: Few vacancies
