Excellent learning curve
I have worked at Exxaro for 8years. Started in 2008, after I finished my matric. I have learnt alot and people were always willing to assist. They given me an opportunity to develop myself. It was a good working environment. We worked 8 hours in a day and we're not working in weekends.

Driven to Excellency
Possess competitive and exceptional experience in General Management and Project Management in the Private and Public Sector. I’ve been exposed to Project Execution (for Sasol Synfuels & Mining) for 5 years where I gained competitive skills. I have experience in Project Cost Management & general day-to-day finance duties; Communication and event planning. Also a member of the Internal Auditing Panel. With a great drive to Excellency & Improvement, I am empowered to grow and contribute greatly towards the success of the Organization. I am an ambitious and keen to tackle problems and resolve them to the satisfaction of the Organisation. Being an Assistant entails being pro-active, in this case you need to smell the coffee before it is brewed. I am also open minded to resolve any situation in the organisation and not only focus on my scope of work. I am a team member.

Driven self managed person that takes ownership of anything presented and requested from.
I am a Friendly, well mannered and intelligent young lady. Hard working and performs work meticulously. Adapts to situations as and when required with integrity and no hesitation, reflecting disciplined cultural mannerisms. Highly adaptable to all tasks with a quick learning ability. Excellent team worker, with a very high value structure. Driven self managed person that takes ownership of anything presented and requested from. I have a Positive and friendly attitude. I am currently working as a Project Administrator at Exxaro, on contract bases. Some of my duties comprise; working on SAP (Placing Requisitions, Placing reservations, searching for material numbers, etc.). Working as a Commissioning Administrator. Loading of Documentation (SharePoint). General Filing. Working with Data Packs. Keeping Safety file up to date. Scheduling meetings. Taking Minutes. General Paperwork. And perform a variety of administrative duties by using Microsoft Office.

It was a learning curve for me
I was a student. It was a good experience for me to have been working at exxaro. I have learn a lot. Working with different cultural people it's a good experience you learn more about people with different attitude and behaviour. The challenging part of the job was when you start working on your own as a student, taking a step it's not easy but it's worth it. Challenges are there but with good attitude and good communication with your workers you overcame everything.
Pros: Opportunities where there in terms of your working ability and what you have studied

Identify and develop top talent. I have a great relationship with co-workers and as a mentor of the professionals in training ,relations with co-workers is my strongest attribute I enjoy seeing people grow and reaching their maximum level in capabilities, I enjoy seeing young people challenge themselves to becoming great
