Room for growth and Improvement

I currently work as an Automation Tester in a team consisting of 15 team members . What I enjoy most about working there is that I have been given an opportunity to set up my own framework from scratch and use the language I'm most comfortable with when it comes to scripting. The most challenge I have experience about my job is juggling between being a manual testing meaning having to execute in sprints scenarios and also ensuring that my regression pack is up to date and I can also execute my in sprint scenarios automatically

Pros: Always strive for high performance and doing the job to the best of my knowledge
Cons: like being a perfectionist which sometime lead to a delay in delivery leading to long hours

Software Tester - Expleo Group

Daily tasks consist of communicating with clients to understand testing requirements. Assisting follow team members with issues. Great team work with and work culture. There should be more recognition of employees efforts and promotions should be handed accordingly.

Pros: Great company to start a career and gain experience
Cons: Should have more appreciation of employees efforts

Excellent Exposure

A normal day consists of constant problem solving and knowing how to please the client by meeting their requirements. I have an excellent relationship with all my co workers as I am very friendly and approachable with people of all ages. I love working on multiple projects at one time even though there is constant stress but there is always something to keep you on your feet ! I would say the amount of exposure from different projects is what I am truly grateful for ! Able to be agile and quickly integrate myself in the new environment.

Pros: Great co workers
Cons: Long working hours
