Mistakes happened because ground investigation was not done properly, thus reworks were done and encore lots of wasteful expenditure. Huge project like kusile needed a lot of supervision on the contractors so that right procedures can be followed and work be done with quality.

Cons: Working weekends to finish work on time.

Perfect place to be a safety officer

good working environment and good benefits there's cooperate side of it and also industrial so there's various of sites and plants and careers to follow. also good saftey procedures to follow that keeps u safe everyday .....

Pros: great opportunity to grow
Cons: long hours and weekends
