Wonderful Exposure and Experience
It has been a wonderful experience working for Escongweni Bph Engineers, as i got to gain a lot of experience in the Civil Engineering career that I pursue. However, there are some challenges that I got to face as a young and new employee in the company. Some of them being the way other people look down at me considering the fact that I'm young. However, those challenges help me grow, learn and understand people's mind. They grooms me and give me strength to be positive to whatever comes my way. In that way, my teamwork capabilities improve.
