I am currently employed as a HR Administrator Intern at Ernst & Young. I believe that the skills and experience I have gained at this company make me an ideal candidate for the job. As an HR Administrator Intern, I have developed strong writing and editing skills. For example, one of my main duties is to prepare New Joiner Packs, Load new joiners onto the system and liaise with Payroll, Assist with booking interviews and screening, Compile a monthly report and give feedback.

For the past 21 months at EY, I have learned and enhance my skills significantly of working in a corporate environment. I feel well prepared for new challenges and to learn about new culture. EY is highly diverse and employees value the different cultures and work ethics. The most challenging aspect was requesting for working meterial and training resources. Nonetheless, I really enjoye the support each team has for one another and the level commitment each individual portrays.
