Excellent learning experience

Working at Entyce was very good experience, they have provided me with the opportunities for personal and professional development and my working relationship with my co worker was very good.I have learned a lot how to communicate with other employees who works in a factory, being patient with them. Being a team leader or coordinator was very challenging as some peaple take it as you are just bulling them around hence you are also doing your job. The most enjoyable part of work was to be an assistant manager during the implementation and installation of OEE program and to conduct a training on that program.

Pros: Great opportunity for someone with no experience
Cons: too much work

Diploma in Information Technology

I have a all computer skills, forklift driving licence, I have good communication skills. I am working with different kind of people. I am always put more effort in everything I do. I also have an experienced in controlling stock because at Entyce I firstly employed as a stock control before they promote me as machine operator.

Pros: They give an opportunity to feather my studies.
Cons: We are working about 46hours a week, and overtime if it's needed.
