Good place to learn patience

A typical work day is 8:30 - 4:30 taking patients files out checking benefits with medical aid schemes doing prescribed minimum benefits emailing medical aid schemes about patients care and condition and diagnosis. My relationship is very professional I get on with everyone I don't like to talk about personal matters in the work environment. I have learnt that patience is key in working with any person that is mentally challenged , the most challenging aspects would be to put up with rude and abrupt patients
