Mixed feelings

A typical day consists of manning the switchboard, assisting agents and management staff. The position is of vital importance in keeping the office running smoothly. Head office is amazing in their support and always available for assistance. friendly competition between branches helps keep us on our toes. relationships between coworkers are easily formed and a team environment established. I have enjoyed the almost constant opportunities to learn something new to apply in my daily work. the biggest challenge is the general lack of direction making work inefficient.

Hard working, open to new ideas, great leadership skills,

My day is very busy with printing valuations documents, making sure our agents have the best tools to work with. I have a lot of duties that I do on daily basis that will take up the space and their on my resume. I have learn consistency and dedication in the years I’ve been in the company. I enjoyed working with different people and learning about real estate

Cons: Lack of discipline, dedication and business etiquette
