Meeting various people from all walks of life
The business environment requires one to have thick skin due to the types of people you interact with as well as the types of projects (those not in your specific line of work). I received the bulk of my work experience in the retail environment and it is this in this environment where I was able to put to practice all the theory I learned in my Psychology degree in this kind of work environment as you are forced to interact with various character each and everyday across all demographics. I am currently working as accounts and admin manager. This entails me liaising with clients with regards to proposals (detailing what our company does, fees etc), drafting quotes, invoices and statements for clients, working closely with HR with regards to my colleagues.

Excellence learning curve and admin experience
I work 9 hours a day for a small outsourcing company In JHB CBD.with less than 50 co-workers. I'm a backoffice administrator for Vodacom business back office. I process new accounts Upgrades New lines, sponsored billings. I enjoy working with my current teams as we assist each other ,we like family and every challenge i face my team is always there for moral support. In this position I learn a lot,from typing a business email to dealing with corporate and Government clients.

All administrative duties
I'm hard working and willing to learn I'm passionate about client satisfaction and service I'm looking for a new challenge with benefits as currently I have none. My circumstances has chanced and need more money as well that's my reason for looking for new work

Learning new skills
My current position in this company has given an opportunity to expand my mind to learn new skills from my previous Company. However at times working there has its challenges because of poor management of stuff which led to targets and SLA not being met.
