Excelent problem solving

Working at EII give me a vast opportunity to learn what it feels and how to work as an Industrial engineer and approaches on working as a team. The company is manufacturing company consisting of rainbow nation so it has been a great honour to be part though it times there were difficult moments whereby one has to implement a new system like a one piece flow whereby the operators had to be trained and get used by me how to use one piece flow instead of what they were used into. Managers at some point I had to explain my new way of thinking and it was not that quiet easy but gave me strength and has placed me where I am today as I am in another company permanent and working as a Junior Industrial engineer.

Pros: Great opportunity to be an expect in lean manufacturing field

I have learned a lot of skills I didn't know about, mig weld, lifting techniques, assembling and etc

Working at Eii was amazing, workers are so friendly, free to help, there is no discrimination, against white and black, there is no gender in equality, people are treated the same, the are high opportunities of getting promotions, they send people to varsity and colleges to finish their studies, working hours are convenient, we don't work on a weekend unless the is overtime, so I enjoyed working there

Pros: There are opportunities for promotion for those who work hard, those don't still at work, those Who come early every morning and those who are willing to walk extra miles, They send people to varsity and colleges before they promote them
Cons: Working hours are convenient for everyone, from 07:30-16:30 Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 12:30 friday not unless there are overtimes that they ask you nicely to please help then you will help if you want to.

Working at electro as a supervisor and Superintenden comes with lot off responsibility.

es wiLeading team of 4 x supervisors (2x supervisor and 2teamleaders) and 54 employees. Approving leave forms Monitor QCDSM (Quality,Cost,Delivery,Safety and Moral) Guide Supervisors and ensure they are in line with business requirements. Manage time and the work process in a business environment. Planning of monthly production High level planning.

Good exposure

Working hours are the best accomodates everyone. Some co-workers need more training more especially at communicating with each other. KPI's are not done regularly and that and no recognition is given ones due.

Great Exposure in the manufacturing industries

Learning about solid works and inventor program. Health and safety regular check ups in all the department, Fabrication and Mole mount. Calculations and verification of Bund wall for oil tank storage.

Pros: Great opportunity to be hired in the oil and gas and manufacturing industry
Cons: Need more exposure in Design

Adaptable and quick learner

I connected with colleagues fairly easily and was able to work in a team or in an individual environment very well, as the job demanded. It is always very important for me to build good relationships internally with stakeholders, as well as externally with suppliers and customers.
