I respect my seniors. I've learnt to be patient and assist customers well and with love
They gave me a chance to be a better person and they treated me in a very good way. We add some hours if we can see that we didn't get customers well enough and they don't put pressure on you every time

Different learning environment
Working at a clinic with different people, I've learned to treat each case differently. My department are real team players and are willing to help each other. Management is also will to go an extra mile to help.

I have learn a lot more especially to have a good attitude when giving service to the clients
i worked hard everyday to ensure better provision of service to clients with polite attitude towards anyone coming to facility to access service. I was working with my colleague to ensure better service to clients in a manner which to attain a common goal of the company I have learned that as i applied skills that i possess from tertiary and to share work with co workers and deriving instruction from manager and supervisor work becomes much easier to be executed.

Good career opportunity
Good communication with the costumers, great leadership around the clinic. Learned a lot from them as my team and learned how to do starts and data capturing a lot more and my challenge was the people can't community with English language. But I like the fact that I was a organization with good core workers.

Experiential learning
I am working with hand in hand with my colleagues, doing different duties than the ones i am employed to do, my colleagues comes to me for advice in empowering themselves. i have learned a lot in management, supervising, Administration and other related courses like: Mentoring and Coaching, Skills Development Facilitator, Records Management, Project Management,etc. i enjoy working with people and see them improve in their lives and at work. the most challenging is doing someone's work and not being recognised

Good
It is very good to work with different people everyday, you got to see people from different backgrounds and it is so easy to adapt or adjust with them only if you do you job correctly. You're exposed to different environments & you are teaches on how to present or give information to people and also work as a team and communicate each and every time and also to share ideas in a team to achieve both individual & organization goals.
