Figure out how to manufacture parts or products, or deliver services, with maximum efficiency. Develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient. Enact quality control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costs. Work with customers and management to develop standards for design and production. Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards. Exceptional learning experience
Excellent working experience with lots of opportunities From exposure into current health update by the World Health Organisation and Department of Health through seminars, in Service training and conferences organized by my company. Unlimited exposure to all disciplines in the working environment, e.g. Mental Health, Chronic and Acute patient management, Child Health and Management of TB Good interpersonal relationship with coworkers and manager Annual adjustments of remuneration by agreed by company, trade unions and Department of Health Challenges : Patients overwhelming about 80-100 patients in a single day can be see. Mostly enjoy working with people, changing their ways of thinking in the medical aspect and also empowering them for the better

Excellent learning curve
Currently Assistant Civil Engineering Technician (Implementation Department) at Ekurhuleni Municipality and oversee all road and storm water Design Drawings and Stormwater Managemt Reports of the Eastern region which includes Benoni, Springs, Nigel and Brakpan areas. My duties involve ensuring orderly and appropriate storm water drainage management, ensuring compliance with Metropolitan Policy/Guidelines, to preserve the natural environment, to protect lives, to prevent damages to property, to prevent possible claims against municipality and make sure that all routine is carried out on time. Amongst other things I, Compile approval letters of roads and storm water drawings and Management Plan Reports, and also form part of the budgeting team for the Department. Single handedly Project Managed the Upgrading of DR 018125 From N2 to Sipetu Hospital Phase 2- Package1- Sub- Soil Drains (Supply and Installation of Subsoil Drainage) under a Sub- Contractor Called MRQ Contractors CC in Eastern Cape.

APPLICATION FOR JUNIOR ENGINEER
I am writing in relation to the advertised position for Junior Engineer. I completed Electrical Engineering N3, Mechanical Engineering N3 and in a position of Trade Certificate in Electrical Engineering. I have done a three years apprenticeship at Ekurhuleni Municipality with an extension of one year, I am now qualified as an Electrical Artisan with knowledge of Installation work. Both domestic and industrial environment.Testing of installation. LV and HV installations.Fault finding. All electrical installations and equipment.Streetlight maintenance and instillations.LV and HV over head line maintenance and instillations.LV and HV transformer maintenance and instillations.LV appliance maintenance and repairs.HV equipment installations, repairs and fault finding.LV and HV jointing, and instillations With the four years I spent at Ekurhuleni Municipality I have learned that good time management, service delivery, problem solving and team work are the core keys for success

Fast learner, computer skill. I have experience of doing office work
I have 2 years experience working as admin clerk at ekurhuleni municipality. As I was under internship my contract ended in April 2017. I have learned alot about office work and also how to work with different employees and how to deal with angry workers. Working together , tolerance, respect each other is the main thing that made me to like the job that I have been doing.

I respect my seniors. I've learnt to be patient and assist customers well and with love
They gave me a chance to be a better person and they treated me in a very good way. We add some hours if we can see that we didn't get customers well enough and they don't put pressure on you every time

I have grade 12 certificate, Advance Diploma in computer,certificate in Data capturing
working in my company it is good because the stuff don't undermine my position as a reception. as the company is busy i see different people everyday and i enjoy it. what i have learn listen the client before answering them. challenge comes when they come to the meeting without booking the boardroom but i know to handle it.
