I learnt

I love to work with people and managing them though it is difficult sometimes because everyone thinks different. I have learned a lot since I started working in retail dealing with difficult customers and colleagues .I enjoyed most to solve problems in paper work. a very challening asepect is where by an employee help a difficult customer who doesn't criticise the job that is been done to make life easier.its very hurt when you great a customer with a smile and looking forward to help him or her yes.

Excellent learning curve

Working for edgars loch logan has been a great experience, the working conditions are great and the development programme that management has put in to place for staff to grow is great.
