We are are staff whom care about customers in short customers came first we deliver, provide, and sell to customer we are the staff that is energised happy all the time remember a happy staff it equal to happy store and more money to the store, we reach target budget for attending all customers who came in and out

Excellent working environment

Its a challenging job, because I have to ask customers to open up accounts for a store, in that way I get to be paid in a commission, depending on how many customers came and opened up accounts, well im not complaining I like the challenge, it gives the reason to work harder and get what you need. my relationship is excellent with my co workers, we laugh when there a joke, actually its fun working there. I have learnt to be patient and more focused. Its explaining myself to customers about benefits of having an edgars active account. Its when Im expecting the approval of the account but it declines, thats challenging.

Pros: Great opportunities available into growing yourself but after a very long time
Cons: No uniform provided have to buy for myself

Excellent working with team and individual

My relationship with my fellow co'workers my the most amazing.working with team and individual have teach me a lot about services customers.I have learn different categories in the customer service and different cultures. I have learnt that sales is part of skill and the customer is always right even if he or she is wrong. I have an experience in credit account opening I do have cold calls sometimes I do enjoy it because I am a patient individual I do not give up easily on that call and move on to another call without winning that client. I am a good listener I do have ability to learn people's mood and intentions.

Prioritising customer it the first thing, being humble even though customers are wrong it a profession and advantageous to customers respect on staff and customers it a mission determination of winning it a purpose remembering the reason why you at work no matter how hectic and typical the work is you must always be on point for you love what you do
